Refunds for Services:
Due to the custom and energetic nature of our services, all sales are final. Once a session has been booked or a service has been rendered, no refunds are issued.
However, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you have concerns about your session, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we’ll work with you to ensure you receive the value and support you need.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in a fee or forfeit of the session.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.
